I need to replace the circuit box and run two 220 lines to our basement for a grinder, a sewer pump, and a heat pump. There is easy access from the garage to the basement through a crawl space. The grinder and heat pump are both in the basement. The lines would be about 50 feet long, and there is no finished ceiling in the basement, so there is no fishing for wires. Since the house was built in 1941, the service line from the street connects to a shut-off that is located in the garage and might have to be moved outside to meet code. Also, we want to put solar on the roof, so we need to be ready to do that, but the solar work itself would not be part of this project.
