I'd give him less than a one if it were possible. I I gave him a $550.00 downpayment to replace a window in September of 2011. It is now November of 2012 and I have neither my window, nor my money. I have lots of emails from him always delaying the work, then when I asked for my money back, a few more emails saying he would send it which he never did. I wrote the Better Business Bureau in May of 2012 and they tried (unsuccessfully) to contact him many times and gave up in September of 2012 giving him an "F' as a BBB rating. A lawyer has offered now to help me get my money back. I am a 75 year old widow on a fixed income. Five hundred fifty dollars is a lot for me to lose. People shouldn't be scammed, especially senior citizens.
