Permits

Seems to have done a good job. I've been on my roof a lot to put up holiday lights plus to install an antennae and I've seen no problems at all. Another reviewer complained about the roofers smoking and strewing butts around. Yes, they smoked but cleaned up after themselves. The reviewer also complained about the roofing nails. They contractor did a search and cleanup of those but those little buggers are really hard to find in flower beds, decorative gravel and such and you can't get them all. It's unrealistic to expect them to find them all. I've never seen a roofing job where you can't find some even after a good clean-up. The contractor, Dave Duvall, was on hand when the insurance adjuster inspected the property for hail damage to make sure he didn't overlook anything. He was friendly, easy to work with and was conscientious about checking the progress of his crew regularly. I would recommend this contractor.
