My roof was damaged from hailstorms and Acclaimed removed and replaced the entire roof. Aurora requires that only one roof exist, and this necessitated tearing off the old one and installing a vapor barrier on the overhang areas. Very professional approach, and I consulted with my brothers who are still in the roofing business as to the quality of the new roofing materials. The job itself went extremely well, and the workers were efficient, friendly and timely. They worked very hard to do a good job, and there was no difficulty with this project being completed to my satisfaction.
Getting coordinated with the City of Aurora for the final inspection took a few days longer than I anticipated, and the building permit had to be posted for a few more days. As with most if not all roofing companies, they are pressed for time to get to new projects. I was persistent with them to come and pick up remaining material and old gutters, and they came by and everything was fine. I would pass along to your customers the need to work closely with the field manager so that everything gets done in a timely manner.
Regarding recommendations, Acclaimed has done my Uncle's home, a friend's home and my next door neighbors'. Not bad for word of mouth!
