I wanted to take a moment and write a review on Admiral Heating and Air Conditioning. I would highly recommend this business if you are looking for an honest and ethical company to deal with.

Long story short, I had another heating company look at my furnace and they said it was shot and needed replaced by the winter. I was suspicious of this so I called Dave from Admiral. He was kind enough to come at a later time than he usually does because I am away from home a lot and it is hard for me to meet during normal business hours. He reviewed my furnace and told me that the it was in OK shape and did not need replaced right away. He could have easily lied about the condition just to get the business but he didn't. It is hard to find that type of business ethics today.

If we have any other heating and cooling problems we will be dealing only with Admiral from now on.

As a side note, I did ask him to quote me the price of a highly efficient furnace and he came in over 300 dollars cheaper than the first guy (he never even knew what he quoted me to underbid either.) You can't go wrong with the business.
