Just completed our home remodeling project with advanced builders and contractors. I had a vision of what I wanted and they executed it perfectly. They brought a kitchen designer who was able to show me a 3D mock-up of the plans and who also helped me with the bathroom design. This was really helpful because we were able to see what the kitchen and bathroom will look like from the first day. We completely changed the layout of the home including flipping the kitchen area with the bedroom area. We remodeled two of our bathrooms. We remodeled our floors, windows, cabinets, backslash, and more. Too much to list.
What sets advanced builders and contractors apart from other contractors, is that they really paid close attention to my vision and delivered on quality and attention to detail. They were patient with my decision making and generally wanted to offer help product and remodeling services that I would be happy with. Another great feature with them was because of their remodeling experience they were able to see unforeseen challenges that would come up. For example in our kitchen area we had to drop down soffit that we really wanted to removed to open up the room. So they told me that most likely they will be able to do it but then they would have to reconfigure our HVAC ducts because that was in the way.
In my experience when you're hiring a remodeling contractor, you need to make sure it's someone that you can trust and be able to get along with. As they spend a lot of time in your home and have access to your personal belongings.
One other thing I learned while shopping for a remodeling contractor was that they all have different price ranges and profit margins and all offer different vendors for you to go to for everything including doors and windows countertops plumbing and electrical fixtures. So my recommendation to a new client would be to shop around and interview two to three contractors and make sure that you can align your vision with them.

My husband and I recently did some renovating to our deck. We love to entertain, so it was important that we get this done before the holidays. After talking to several contractors we found Advanced Builders and Contractors. Advanced Builders and Contractors was a complete dream to work with. They took our ideas and totally turned them into a dream come true! What I like most about Advanced is that they did things the right way not the cheap way. Everything was done correctly with precision.
This was our first hillside home, and we had no idea what we were doing. Advanced introduced us to the right architect, engineer, and geo engineer, so we could build our hillside pool correctly. Before finding Advanced, we had contacted 5 other hillside contractors. What was different about Advanced is the entire team valued our plans and told us exactly what to do and what not to do for our plans to be approved right away. They passed building city inspections on the first time. Nick helped us through this entire process. He was patient, answered all our questions, and in the event, he didn’t have the answer, he made sure to get back to us in a timely manner. Everything was done per Los Angeles building code and in a timely fashion. We did have a few issues, but Nick always made sure to communicate with us immediately and had a solution to fix whatever it was, so we could stay on time. We also love how Nick never tried to upsell us on additional things we didn’t need. Because of limited access to the property, it was hard to dig the caissons and remove the dirt. That didn’t seem to bother the Advanced team at all. The entire team always was able to think quickly and come up with solutions for every problem we faced. I am completely happy with the service Advanced Builders offered.
It was clear that the team truly cared about our project and went over and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The team helped us stay in our budget and time frame. Our deck and Infiniti pool look amazing and have added tremendous value to our home. Our friends and family still can’t believe how they were able to transform our old, outdated deck into a modern deck and pool. My husband and I are so happy to have somewhere to unwind and relax from a long day. I would highly recommend this team to anyone who is looking for a team who will make your renovation process as stress-free as possible. Advanced Builders has definitely earned our construction business for life! -

I searched for 5 local LA contractors in my neighborhood. I reached out to 4 who could do design and build. Out of the 4 contractors, 2 were very good, 1 contractor never got back to me and the other one was very expensive. Out of the 2 contractors that were good I choose advanced builder and contractors. The pricing was good and competitive, they were easy to work with. They listened to my ideas, and were easy too understand and communicate with. I am happy to say that it was a great experience.My project came out just the way I envisioned it. I found a few pictures on magazines and online and I sent them the pictures and they went out of their way to give me exactly what I wanted. They finished the project on time and on budget. My project manager kept me updated of every step of the project and was always available to speak if I had any questions. He was also very helpful on helping me pick out all my finishing materials. I am in love with my master bedroom and bathroom! Thank you Sam.

I want to recommend Advanced Builders and Contractors. They are true professionals. It was a pleasure having ABC and their team in my home. After meeting with 3 highly rated local LA general contractors. We choose Advanced Builders and Contractors.
I chose ABC to remodel my kitchen, living and dining room. It was obvious that they take their job seriously. I have worked with many contractors in my line of work and rate them among the top in their field.
Some of the important details to me were that they were on time, their crew was respectful and they return calls promptly. They gave me change orders before the work proceeded, the project was always clean at the end of the day and they always answered my questions with interest and respect.
Advanced Builders and Contractors is NOT your average contractor. I blindly recommend them!

We were referred to Advanced Builders and Contractors by our real estate agent. Advanced Builders and Contractors and their crew get it done the right way!! The whole crew was professional, resourceful and efficient. We had our bathroom and kitchen renovated by them. They also installed some light fixtures. The design was very creative and they did an excellent job helping us find the right look for our new living space. Overall, we could not be happier with the finished product. We lived at home through the remodel and it was honestly better than I thought it would be. ABC and their crew really know what they are doing. They were also great people. We trusted them! Thanks so much for all the hard work! I've already recommended them to others looking for a dependable contractor. The only negative aspect was that they finished a week later than they promised. But other than that everything was great.

I don't write reviews often, but I felt this was necessary. Advanced Builders and Contractors exceeded my expectations. I collected several estimates and decided to go with them. They were honest about the costs and ensured attention to detail. Our project manager gave his professional input on my selections and how to achieve a stunning updated bathroom.
It was the guest bathroom so I wanted it to look elegant, but feel comfortable. My goal was to make our guests feel happy to stay with us. I wanted to use high end finishing materials to give it an elegant feel. We used a sink vanity with round mirrors. We had a lot of free space to use for the bathtub. We went with a freestanding bathtub and a stand up shower with shower benches and a shower niche. Something I've always wanted! My floors needed to stand out in the all white bathroom so we used dark ceramic wood look alike tile.
The crew was beyond professional. They were accommodating with our multiple requests. They kept us in the loop, were respectful of our home, and we felt comfortable with them in it.
The outcome of my bathroom remodel blew me away. I am so happy to have family and friends stay with us. I am excited for them to see my newly renovated bathroom! I will continue to recommend Advanced Builders and Contractors to all family and friends.

Nick and his crew were great - skilled, pleasant, on-time, communicative, and they always said good-bye to me when they left and locked up each night – they delivered in every possible way. Both his electrician and tile specialist were extraordinarily talented and had skills beyond their fields. In fact, I was so impressed with the work they did on the initial project, a two bathroom remodel, that I wanted to expand the project, and was so pleased that Nick was ready to work with me on updating other rooms. At times we unearthed some larger issues, such as uneven foundations but Nick always knew what to do to correct the situations and I could not be happier with the end result. Best of all, the price tag was well within my expectations, and I paid in installments as the work was completed, with the last payment due after all the work was done and inspections had been passed. The company was remarkably responsive, often returning texts within minutes — whether they related to timeframe, changes, or logistic concerns. Advanced Builders & Contractors is truly the full package and I would hire them again in a second. A highly recommended service to my friends and family and anyone else who wants work done on their property!

Advanced Builders and Contractors helped guide me though the trenches of remodeling. Having never done this before they educated me on all my options and carried out an amazing job. On a 30k budget they were able to install a beautiful light fixture, granite counter- tops, cabinets, back splash, flooring, and appliances. Thank you so much AB&C, I couldn't have achieved all of this without your amazing team.

Every single time I have needed something to do with a construction or remodeling matter this company has been there for me. They are always on time, friendly and have given me great results. They have always given me options for the best outcome, without compromising construction quality, and without compromising Los Angeles building and safety issues. I recently had an extensive home remodel for my 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and dining room. I met with 7 different contractors before going with Advanced Builders and Contractors.
To make sure I hired the right company, I did a fair amount of research. I read many reviews, watched almost all their videos and asked to speak to a couple of their past clients. Talking to Nick, he seemed like a guy I could trust and communicate well with.
Advanced Builders and Contractors gave my house a new modern look by installing custom shelves and racks in my walk-in closet. I’m a bit on the darker side so for my kitchen I used a dark chocolate color with the same modern look I applied for the rest of my home. I wanted easier access to get into the pantry, so I asked for pullout shelves. I also installed lazy Susan for the rest of my cabinets and hardwood throughout the entire home along with recessed lighting and light dimmers.
Moving from Beverly Hills to Los Angeles, we were so surprised to see how many restrictions we had in Beverly Hills that we don’t have in Los Angeles! Thanks to Nick, the process was smooth!
I love the outcome of my project and will be recommending them to all my family and friends!

Advanced Builders & Contractors helped me build the counters that I wanted for my new home. Their staff was highly professional and courteous they were able to help me out with the design that I wanted and they didn't not stop until i was happy with it. All I can say is that I highly recommend them. My wife and I could not be any more happier with our counter tops. Everyone who comes to our home now compliments us on them and we tell that Advanced Builders & Contractors were the ones we went to for them.

For my moms birthday, I decided to get my parents bathroom remodeled. I shopped around for a little over a week before deciding on going with Advanced Builders & Contractors and I couldn't be happier with my decision!! I was referred my friend John! Their crew was so amazing. They were very professional and respectful while entering the home with their tools and supplies. We had guests over while they were working and they were in and out just as timely as they promised. Their prices are amazing too. I highly suggest Advanced Builders & Contractors to anyone looking to hire a crew they can trust! We will definitely be doing business with them again in the future!

I had a great experience with Advanced Builders. They remodeled my kitchen which really needed help. Now my kitchen is more functional and has so much cabinet space, I’m so glad! Also the little skylight they made brings in so much natural light, that was their idea and I’m glad they thought of it. They pointed out a lot of things that were very necessary and helpful throughout the remodeling that I didn’t think of. It’s so obvious that they have done this kind of work many times in the past because they knew exactly what would and would not work. The crew working on my kitchen was always prompt and reliable. They were always there! It is why the project was completed within the date we agreed on. They followed up with me a month after the kitchen was completed to make sure that I was happy and to let me know that if I needed anything they would be happy to help. The fact that they did that, and stood by their work proves to me that they know they do good long lasting work. They never left me hanging or waiting, always responded to my calls and emails, and made me feel that this kitchen was like their very own. Fantastic customer service!! I’m very happy to say that Advanced remodeled my kitchen!
