Gas Water Heater Replacement. My 22 year old water heater gave out and was spewing water. I called Legend Plumbing on Monday morning and the appointment was scheduled for 12 pm. I knew what size heater I needed, so they brought one with them. They suggested replacing the cold water valve, adding a hot water shut off valve and tested the gas shut off valve and determined that it also needed to be replaced. It took about 4 hours time. They were also really nice to my dog. They left everything clean and in working order.

Toilet replaced, sink drain flushed, faucet cartridge replaced, outside drains flushed. Work done quickly and professionally. Plumber was able to get toilet delivered from company within half hour and replaced it quickly. All other work done as expected and without issue. Outdoor work done the next morning. Very efficient. Did all outdoor drains within the two hour paid window. Would highly recommend.

Our hot water heater died on Sunday. Called Legend Plumbing on Monday. They were able to give me a price quote over the phone- very professional and detailed and I gave them the go ahead. They deserve 10 stars for a really well run business, high quality work, and consulting on making the best decisions on equipment. We have used Legend Plumbing for a variety of things including new water heater, new bathrooms including all fixtures, water pumps to move heated water more efficiently to the far end of the house, replacing old spigots, adding water access outdoors and recently a new whole house water filtration system. They have been on time, priced well, always smiling and super kind to our irritating but lovable dog. We cannot recommend them more highly.

Unclogged our sewer lines. I called Legend Plumbing after suspecting an issue with outflow from our toilets. The provider was on site within several hours of my call. He diagnosed a "whole house" back up and successfully resolved the issue. The plumber was efficient and pleasant to work with. I will be using them again if needed in the future.

We had a complete clog of our kitchen sink, and Legend Plumbing sent Joel out to take a look at it the same day just 2 hours after I called. Joel was able to rod the drain and pull out the clog, left me with a microbial powder to use to help prevent buildup in the future, gave me some helpful tips in maintenance and left everything clean and looking great. We had part of the PVC pipe that drains are toilet break and start dumping water on the ceiling below they had to cut out the pipe and replace it with new and then reset the toilet. They came the first time just to check it out then came back with two plumbers, showed up when they said they would, called before they showed up, very considerate of the homeowner. Main line rodding, hydro jetting and camera inspection. We had another plumber come out twice and not get our line clear. We had sewage backing into our basement. It was awful. Legend Plumbing replaced our old gas water heater with a new energy efficient heat pump hybrid water heater. This required relocation of the water heater to the other side of the garage with extension of the water pipes and addition of the electrical hookup. Through the entire process they were very professional, prompt, and explained everything well. Their workmanship was high quality and we are very satisfied with the results.

Excellent next day service for multiple non emergency problems. John was professional and competent. We used them once before as well. Prices are a little bit high, but not as bad as we have experienced from the shiest big chain plumbers in the area. Definitely would recommend Legend Plumbing.

They replaced and installed a 50 gallon water heater. Our water heater was about 17 years old and was still operating fine. I knew one day soon though I would come down to the basement and find water on the floor so we decided to spring for a new one. Ramon came in and without any fuss hauled out our old water heater and installed a new one. He was only at our house about an hour and a half. Hope this new one lasts a long time also, but I'm not counting on it. Legend Plumbing is a very honest company. I will hire them again.

Legend Plumbing replace water pipes. Jesse came within 1 hour of my calling and evaluated the situation. He reattached one pipe and attached a new pipe that broke. He was thorough, responsive, and detailed. He tested to ensure no leaks then departed. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

We had a back up sump pump installed. The service was great. Talking with the technician Jesse, recommend replacing our ejector pump which was also 10 years old which could fail without warning. We agreed to have him replace it the next day. He did a great job installing a new sump pump, back up with battery and the ejector pump the next day. Jesse was professional, punctual, courteous and efficient. We feel much better now that they have all been replaced and everything works just fine.

This is a wonderful family-owned business that provides outstanding service at a reasonable price. I initially contacted Legend Plumbing And Septic after searching for a plumbing firm. I called Joel around 10:00 am and explained that the fill valve of the toilet at my elderly parents' house was not working properly, and that it took about 15 minutes to fill the tank. I also noted that the cutoff valve hadn't been used in decades and wouldn't turn. Joel asked for photos of the parts in question, which I subsequently sent to him. Joel was friendly and efficient, completely replacing all interior toilet parts without delay. He also offered to replace the shutoff valve. This job, too, was completed without issue. Joel also cleaned everything up so that the bathroom was immaculate when he left. I was extremely satisfied with not only the work that was performed, but all personal interactions with Joel from the initial telephone call through to the completion of both jobs. He listened to my description of the issues my 85-year-old father was having with the hot water pressure in his house, and he said he could have someone with experience dealing with hot water pressure problems at his house the following day--and he did! Jesse came out and fixed the hot water pressure, a problem we'd been dealing with for over 2 years, and he did NOT recommend that my father replace his water heater. In fact, he told him his electric water heater was 10 years old, a high quality water heater, and that it would probably last several more years. He also replaced the wax ring and repaired a broken flange on a leaking toilet. He worked quickly, efficiently, and kept us informed about what he was doing, explaining the plumbing issues in terms that we could understand. I will definitely not only be using Legend Plumbing myself in the future, but I will also be recommending them to my family and friends.

Legend Plumbing showed up on time and completely unclogged our master bathroom sink. I am unhandy and wanted to learn how to do this for myself in the future for simple clogs. We had a major plumbing issue in our crawl space. Rotted lines everywhere and sewage floating underneath our house!! Our shower drain was disconnected and water was going directly from the shower onto our crawlspace surface. A real emergency and disaster. I had a break in an awkward place in the kitchen drain. The plumber arrived as promised and did a fine job of replacing the complicated broken section and clearing a difficult blockage. He worked diligently and cleaned up upon completion.

I use him to fix my water heater. Did a great job the first time so I called him again when it was time to replace the entire unit. I wanted to know what type of water heater he was going to install because I wanted to get a better unit than what I had previously. He refused to install the water heater because I asked to many question. Horrible customer service! I would not recommend using.

They just completed a large plumbing project this last week that consisted of tunneling underneath the house and replacing broken pieces of cast iron plumbing with PVC. The price was reasonable for the size of the project. They were respectful, quick to respond, and fast and efficient workers. They also want out of their way to do a few extra things for us. The toilet backed up into the tub. The snake kept getting caught because there was so much build up in the pipes (saw it with my own eyes), but they were able to clear it out well enough to use. It went very well. Jesse, from Legend Plumbing arrived and discovered that our pilot light was out on the water heater. He was unable to re-light it due to the fact that the burner itself was defective. A new water heater was in order because our current water heater was quite old. Jesse worked diligently to remove our old water heater by draining it and then hauling it from our basement to his truck. He replaced it with a new 50 gallon water heater. He was at our house for approximately 3 hrs. He worked diligently to get the job done and cleaned up the area quite well when he was finished.

Legend Plumbing team did a great job repairing a leaking toilet in our home. The repairs were described as the work proceeded and they frequently showed me where the problems were after the toilet was removed and we could see underneath. The collar under the toilet had cracked and the piping in the ceiling above my finished basement had to be rebuilt in a section as well. They always do very thorough and high quality work. I would definitely trust them with my most important plumbing repairs over most other providers.

First is to say that Legend Plumbing and the people they employ are the best & most efficient I have witnessed in a very long time and secondly is to especially thank Andy and Joel that came out to repair our extensive plumbing problems. The office would call each morning at 8:30 to in form us that Andy was on his way. All of the crews that came out were exceptionally prompt, courteous, informative and very hard working. I had a severe plumbing problem at my 58 year old home. Andy and Joel first ran a plumbing snake down the pipe and retrieved a large clump of roots. Next they sent a camera down to see what problems existed, and as it turned out there were many. The only real fix was to completely re-plumb the entire house. The total job took 8 days to complete and I am very pleased with the work. Andy and Joel worked every day all day without a break except for lunch and the tunnel teams did the same. They had to dig a 60' trench 4' deep and 1' wide, a 4'x4'x4' hole to get under the house and an 8'x10' tunnel 4'x4' wide and a large hole to dig under my rear patio to run the sewer line. This was very hard work and they never slowed down. These men were 5 star workers. Thanks for all of your hard work.

Noticed a leak in the ceiling in the basement. Legend Plumbing team came out and diagnosed quickly and made the necessary repairs to the toilet upstairs. Wound up being a replacement of the wax ring for the flange. They are Very professional, prompt, and walked me through everything thoroughly. They even cleaned up the whole bathroom before they left.

I had a blockage quite far in my sewer line - almost 200 feet. Legend Plumbing is one of the very few sewer cleaners willing to attach two snakes to go that far in the line, most won't go much beyond 100 feet. Andy, it took two trips to get this done, because on the first trip they brought one long and one short snake, and it wasn't enough. On the second trip they brought two long ones, and job was done. And they only charged me for the second trip, which was very fair (I did ask for two snakes up front, but did not realize I that they come in different lengths). Andy, given that this is not what most sewer cleaners are willing to do, I am very happy that the line got cleared. Definitely would recommend them!

The winter froze a pipe that burst in my crawl space. Overall, I was very impressed with Legend Plumbing. When I made the appointment, the person on the phone listened to my issue and said he would send Jesse. He said, Jesse is good at that kind of work. And it turned out he really was. When Jesse arrived he listened to my issue, looked at the interior pipes and without hesitation, suited up and went down into the crawl. This was not an easy job for anyone. It was cold, dark, muddy and damp. Jesse had to crawl to the back of the house to get to the pipe. I was blown away when Jesse came out a couple of hours later and said it was fixed. In my situation, Jesse was definitely the qualified guy to do the job I had. He did an outstanding job, was professional and even had a sense of humor. This was a good experience and I am very greatful for the job Jesse did.

The Legend Plumbing team did a great job. Andy met with me and using his plumbing tools was able to show me where my drain line ran under the driveway. He then showed me a video of the drain and identified where the problems were. We discussed options and decided the best approach was to do pipe-bursting. He was able to get his crew over to my house the next day and they excavated a small area at the front of my garage (3' x 3') and removed one of the sidewalk slabs. At both locations they dug down to the pipe in one day. The next day they came back and were able to pull a brand new pipe through and replace my old pipe and refilled in the holes with dirt. They did as they promised and the concrete now looks perfect. They were extremely nice group of guys, were very responsive and reliable and I would use them again.

Legend Plumbing did re-plumbing in my whole home. This included new valves, shower heads, washer outlets, gas line replacement, garbage disposal install and three new sinks. This included three outside hose bibs as well. They did a great job. All of the guys worked very hard. I called Legend Plumbing on Monday morning and they had someone come out on Tuesday to do the evaluation. They had all of the plumbing work done by Friday and Mario did an excellent job and reasonable cost. They are definitely great guys. I will sure use them next time for any plumbing work. Excellent. I called Jesse at Legend Plumbing. He gave me an estimate which was accepted and he began to work. The initial repair was to have been a simple repair of the PVC pipe that was cracked and leaking. Jesse properly prepared each of the joints and made the new connections. He completed the job and tested the line before filling the hole and replacing the sod. With all the additional work involved beyond what was to have been included in the original estimate, I was pleasantly surprised with the final bill. I highly recommend Legend Plumbing.

Andy our technician was amazing. We had a problem with our drain being clogged and our faucet not working at all. Unfortunately when Mike arrived he advised us that he was only notified of one of the problems not both. We really enjoyed our experience! Mario was very professional and informative. Our home had some leaking issues from two faucets and a toilet post our tenants moving out in which our rental agency unfortunately did not follow up with. We called Legend Plumbing on Friday and they were able to come out on Saturday morning. They took pictures of the before and after and provided those to me in a digital receipt. Joel from Legend Plumbing was great, he gave me a fair quote on repairing my toilet drain and replace all the PVC piping, Joel paitiently chiseled out all the old PVC pipe that was glued onto the existing pipe which cost me so much less and set everything up for the new toilet to go in, two weeks later after I did some tile work and bought a new toilet I called him to get it installed he was there immediately to install it as he knew we had lived with one toilet for long enough, I would recommend him to anyone and give him a five star rating.

These guys were great. Technician was Andy and he was on time, professional, honest. Walked me through the possible reasons for the issue. Fixed is quickly and and no mess. Very nice and honest. They fix the drain service problem. Would recommend anytime and you have to love a last minute service call and the technician is on time and quick.

Mario was nothing short of amazing! This gentleman showed up in a mask, addressed all my concerns and was very friendly and professional! There were a few issues as far as garbage disposal, low pressure toilet and clogged sink. The work was done quickly and adequately with great customer service. Mario stated the best resolution was a new toilet, a second gentleman Jesse, also wearing a mask, showed up with a new one in less than 30 minutes to install to resolve all issues the first time! I'm giving them 5 stars because that's all that's allowed! Great job guys! STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!

Had a very good experience using Legend Plumbing. We were replacing a tank water heater with a tankless and we had 2 quotes from other companies. Both were pretty much the same price and told us we needed new venting and our water softener would not work with the tankless. We would need to buy a water conditioner. Jesse came for a quote and said we did not need a new vent and the water softener could be used. He was also cheaper than the other 2 quotes. We hired him and in a few days he showed up on time and installed the tankless water heater. We were very impressed with Jesse and his team. Definitely get a quote from him after you get any others. You will probably be very glad you did.

We were referred to Legend Plumbing by another tradesperson working on our house. Andy and John came highly recommended. Our project consisted of adding an en-suite bath to the downstairs master bedroom. Our home is over 50 years old and was in need of MAJOR updating. Andy and John managed the replacement of some old galvanized pipes as well as all the new plumbing for the addition. The quality of his work far exceeded our expectations. From detailed proposals/bids to a scheduled timeline, Andy and John where a seamless part of our bathroom renovation. We would HIGHLY recommend Andy and John and would definitely use them again.

Very satisfied with this company. They called a hour in advance as I requested. Jesse arrived on time and examined the water heater. He determined that it was working correctly but made an adjustment to the temperature and realigned the flue pipe which should eliminate the issue of hot water turning colder too quickly. Jesse did not rush and took the time to answer my questions. I was left with an impression of competence and integrity. Highly recommend them and we would use them again without hesitation.

They are very professional, friendly, and honest. They work from 8am till 5pm straight in my house not even taking any break and got my leaking hot water under the ground fixed, cleanup everything after done and even offer us to fix install the faucet without any labor charge. This was is an old house that had a leak in the supply lines of the second floor bathroom. They moved a sewer pipe and ran all new supply to the second floor getting rid of most of my old supply pipe in the process. They also had to redo the venting of another sewer line. The job was done to my complete satisfaction, and I would hire them again on any plumbing project I have in the future. Thank you Legend Plumbing and all crew.

Had a clogged drain so I went on Buildzoom to find someone fast. Called Legend Plumbing (Joel) and left a voicemail. He returned my call in within 3 min. He arrived at my house 1 hour later and fixed the clogged and charge me exactly what he quoted me over the phone. I highly recommend Legend Plumbing services....Very professional and competent!

It went fine no problems so far. The crew Install a stand pipe for washing machine. Install new drain pipe for laundry sink. Replace wax ring. The young man explained everything that he done. Each detail of the job was explained and why it was completed in that way. Their professionalism and price was pretty much on par.

Legend Plumbing sent someone out within the hour and the plumber was very professional and was a good detective about figuring out where the problem was coming from. Turns out we had an old outside water line that was not in use that had never been capped off and had broken off and was leaking. He also found a pinhole leak in another pipe. He repaired both promptly. Problem solved! I would recommend this company to anyone who asked. They are professional, responsive, and honest.

I had a wonderful experience with Legend Plumbing. They were very knowledgeable and straight forward on the phone and quoted me prices on replacing my toilets. They did excellent work with attention to details and installed our new toilet. We even added on a service mid job , and They came over to look into our sewer pipes with a camera. Awesome guys. After several plumbers tried to charge a lot of money to install a gas line to my dryer, the Legend Plumbing guys discovered an existing line already to the dryer location. I had a clogged sewer line which was causing water to flow all over the driveway whenever the toilet was flushed. The bad things were that there was a party at the house, and it was a weekend so I needed help now. Legend Plumbing (Joel) arrived 20 minutes after I called. They took care of the problem, but most importantly did not leave until they were sure I would not be having any more issues with my sewer line. I purchased a home less than two months ago. Something went wrong and water saturated the wall in my downstairs guest bathroom. I was very upset. Leak was noticed on Sunday and I did not know what to do. I had my daughter contact the developer's sales person who instructed her to call Gibson Plumbing. Gibson did not feel the issue was an emergency and so stated. They did however say they would be there on Monday and gave us an appointment time. I was very happy to meet Daniel the plumber. He was very professional and explained everything to me. He also took pictures. Daniel made me feel comfortable and he was very confident that he would get the issues resolved. I went from being an angry consume to a very satisfied consumer. Daniel not only fixed the issue he also check to see if I had other plumbing issues with the other restrooms in the home. He fixed the other issues and even replace parts in the other restroom. For some reason I feel that Daniel was a God send because I don't believe that if it was anyone else they would have done such a thorough job. Daniel saved my developer from being blasted on social media. I would like to say Thank you Daniel for a job well done. I am now waiting for my developer to dry out the wall, replace the sheetrock and get rid of the mold that is growing in the dampness as this issue was going on for a while before it was noticed.

Highly recommend AAA Auger Plumbing. I could not believe I had a water leak coming from the slab of my floor. Panic.. Panic. I had spoken with one plumbing company that came out and gave me an estimate of the work cost and location of where the problem was. Boy!!!! were they wrong. I am so glad my cousin recommend AAA Auger for the leak in my slab. The other plumbing company (licensed) showed the leak in the sewer line. Daryl from AAA Auger found the leak to be in the water line and showed us how he knew figure it out prior to drilling. Great job Daryl. We brought new toilets for our home and AAA Auger installed one of them powder room for Free as a courtesy. They were always on time, they kept the work area clean and they were very professional. When a 2cd crew from Houston was sent to fix the 1st screwed up install I was extremely happy. Generac is helpful and did make it right. The only store is in Rockwall but you can get a service plan so they come to you at a additional cost. It does as advertised i.e. Comes on weekly to check itself and did work for a 15min power outage once since I've owned it. I'm happy with the system and expect it will do me well in the event of a major power outage that lasts for a week or longer!!

Generator Supercenter were outstanding and have been ever since they handled my monthly monitoring and service.
