New Concrete, sod and fence
All in 1 Handyman created this landscape design for a modern home in Shady Cove, Oregon. The house had never had the backyard landscaped nor a fence put in. All in 1 Handyman fixed these problems quickly by installing a sprinkler system and adding to the concrete slab already in the yard. Several yards of top soil were then brought in as well as several hundred feet of sod. Blue ridgerock was added for drainage purposes and fine wood bark as additional mulch. All in 1 Handyman then built a vinyl-lattes and cedar fence, which was stained and sealed. To finish the landscape, low voltage Malibu lights were placed around the yard. Irvine Handyman
Remodel Living Room
This Oregon client called All in 1 Handyman to install french doors for this living room remodel. The client wanted a set of doors here to separate the entryway from the living room. By installing French doors, All in 1 Handyman was able to create a beautiful look while achieving the function desired by the client. The doors also helped isolate the sounds of the grand piano in the living room, giving it more powerful acoustics. The simple addition of doors changed the atmosphere of the house and improved the flow of the rooms. Medford, OR.

Front yard retaining wall make over, three block walls, sod, plants and fountian
For this front yard retaining wall make over at an Oregon residence, All in 1 Handyman first striped all the old landscape and built three terrace retaining walls in the front yard. Then installed drainage pipe behind the walls, and built a pond in the top terrace area. On the two lower terraces All In 1 Handyman also installed a sprinkler and drip system for the newly installed sod and plants. Also Malibu lighting was installed to highlight the walls, plants, trees, and fountains that were installed. Newport Beach Tile Repair & Painting
his Newport Beach home on Balboa Island was in need of tile repair. The client called on All in 1 Handyman to repair tiles that had fallen off the second story balcony. After assessing the problem, All In 1 Handyman suggested installing a wood strip under the tile to support them and keep them from falling again. All in 1 Handyman went to work on repairing the tiles and installing the 1×2 wood strip. Then, the fascia boards were painted with two coats of paint. Now the house and the balcony are beautiful once again, and all of the people walking along the boardwalk can enjoy looking at it!

This art collector from Huntington Beach liked this photograph because it gives the allusion no matter which way you look at it, you still feel like you are under the pier look down it.
Newport Beach Handyman Does Finish Carpentry, Mantel & Custom Crown Work
This client wanted there lower part of there mantel finished off, so Newport Beach Handyman wrapped the lower portion that was done in sheet rock with 1 x 12 MDF and added fluted casing and picture frame molding.
