Allen was two hours late the first day and showed up unprepared to complete the window job. He showed up alone to install windows in a two story townhouse. He had no trim, spent an hour loading his truck when the windows weren't finished inside, and then he left for an hour to go get a ladder that he forgot. He was rude, and the lady in the office was even more rude. The second day he came out FOUR hours late, he broke a water faucet in the outside wall which caused a leak inside the stucco and a large hole, left without saying anything, and then cursed at me for calling a plumber and the property manager. Needless to say, he didn't finish installing the windows on that unit either, and he left a huge mess in their patio. He is unprofessional, rude, and unprepared. I think he spent more time smoking and driving back to the shop to get what he forgot than actually working.

Allen Pfeifer has done several jobs for me. He has replaced windows and a door in my home, built a fence on a rental, installed a sprinkler system with a timer, painted the interior of both my home and the rental property. He is as close to being a perfectionist as is possible when working on existing buildings. He does extra things that he sees that needs to be done without charging more money. He is on time, and has kept me informed of what is being done, what should be done and any matter that would be of concern. I highly recommend Allen for any project you have in mind.
