Alonso Construction Services, LLC did my patio within the last 3 months (pictured above in the portfolio). 1 step came unglued within 30 days of completion and I have a pretty significant erosion issue caused by the patio. I have been in contact with Alonso and coordinated with him to come by August 12th to make the repairs; he glued back the step but no attention was given to the erosion issue. The same step plus an additional step came unglued and was supposed to be addressed October 8th, but this time, he was a no-show and has not yet returned my calls or e-mails asking when these issues will be taken care of. One of the steps that is unglued is the top step as you immediately step on the stairs from the home.
On the positive, the patio looks good and I get compliments on it all the time... even though I cannot use it yet.
