Once you order the doors, then you start to recieve Horrible customer service, they don't return phone calls, always late to scheduled appointments, give you the run around with installation dates, they don't perform quality checks of doors prior to installation, paint job was terrible. Our doors had to be reordered and installed 3 times due to 5 major issues with the doors that were found once installed and the first installation was horrible as well. Still unhappy with the 3rd door, so asked for some money back to just be done with them, which they did do. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
