As a fellow contractor who has worked with ARM Construction on numerous projects, it has always been a most positive experience. There is always a sense of comfort and satisifaction when dealing with professionals who are courteous, timely, and whos quality of work is second to none. Highly recommend.

We contracted Andrew/ARM Construction to build a closet, install tile floor in the entry way, replace carpet with hardwood flooring, and install hardwood stairs. He completed the project in a timely fashion, was able to be flexible with our schedule, listened well to our inputs, kept a tidy worksite, and was able to deal quite well with the irregularities encountered during the project. Will definitely keep him in mind for future work.

My husband and I own two rental properties. Andrew provided a quote to rebuild the chimneys on each house. His pricing was very competitive so we decided to hire him. We were so impressed with his professionalism and quality of work that we decided to have him work on some additional projects. Since meeting Andrew he has installed a new stone walkway, remodeled a kitchen and bathroom, and repaired one homes foundation as well as some other misc. projects. Andrew is honest, fair and trustworthy. He takes pride in his work and does things the right way. We have more projects planned in the future and will have Andrew work those as well.

It was a pleasure working with Andrew on the extension of our hearth. He took the time to discuss my concerns and offered additional solutions that made all the difference - like using bluestone along with the brick. It looks great! We will definitely call him again for the next project.

Andrew helped with the remodel/addition that was put on our house. He helped demo the kitchen, bathroom, and bathroom wall. He then took on the task of building a new foundation for the addition and building the new walls including putting new siding on the addition. He also installed new windows and patio door. He did an awesome job! He was friendly and listened to any concerns we had. He kept the work site clean and tidy and always was always considerate. The children also enjoyed having him around. We were sad to see him go when the work was completed. We would definitely recommend him. Thanks Andrew for a good job!

Andrew inserted a double oven into a brick chimney in my home, replacing a tiny single oven that was original to my 1974 contemporary. The chimney is a huge structure containing three flues (a living room fireplace, family room fireplace and a third indoor bbq in the kitchen) and is the focal point of both my living room and kitchen. Because the new double oven was both taller and a good bit wider, he had to cut a much larger hole in my chimney without damaging the multiple flues - a difficult task.

Andrew looked at the chimney, gave me a quote based on what I wanted to do and told me to give him a call when I had purchased an oven. I called him when I bought the oven and he was able to come the day after delivery. He took care to build a plastic structure around the area he was going to cut into the brick, pulled out the old oven and cut a hole in the brick to fit the double oven. In doing so, he had to break through the fireplace in the living room, restructure it and rebuild the back part of the fireplace. This was an unforeseen addition to his work which took probably an extra day then he had expected. He used brick that he was able to salvage from the demo and used it to fix the fireplace, made sure the dust from the work was contained in the plastic area, cleaned up after himself and made both the living room fireplace and the double over look great. He also didn't charge me more then the quote for the extra work he had to do. Awesome job all around!
