This is cory I take back me 5 star here is why If I have ever recommended someone to do their sewage work please disregard and don’t hate me. We had the work done while Luann’s father was still alive. That good man went to be with his wife in I worked on this house a year straight. We moved in a year later When it started getting cold no heat in finished basement. I had bigger projects going on in the main part of the house. First I took a shower and basement flooded up through the floor drain this was a very shortly after this was done. I texted him he sent people up he said someone cracked the view port and rocks and dirt had fallen in the pipe and that nothing he could do. I stuck a shop vac down the pipe got all the rocks out and discovered that also wedged in the pipe was another roughly 4 foot pipe. Got a old hockey stick put nails at a angle upwards and was able to pull it out no biggie. Other than he said he would send someone up to recap it guess what no one ever fucking showed. Then one mother day after work walk in the fucking house smelled like burning wire ran to the breaker box shut the baseboard heat off because I could see sparks from the baseboard heat . Tore open the wall the old cast iron sewage pipe was cracked figured its original shit happens. Finally redid the basement kept the breaker off and have been using portable electric heaters . Tonight I tracking the thermostat wire to the box and just had my cage rattled and imagine that the power wire to the base board heat was perfectly cut right right where the concrete floor was cut. B&M is all I will say I’am so mother fucking pissed ? right now. I have all the pictures and texts mother fucker then to find the clean out was never even glued in
