In addition to the great job asigned, Mr. Barnett was able to recomended to me additional corrections to oversights that would have lead to future problems, and he came out the very next day to give me an estimate on what it would take to resolve these issues. He was was very patient with me and addressed all my questions and concerns. He even advised me to go with other contractors in areas where he may not be as effective or competetive, and made it all simple to understand.
I'm thoroughly satisfied with the work done by Mr. Barnetts company and would highly recomend them. He is true to his word and very reasonable, anybody would benefit from thier services....

We recently employed your company for the water management system for our basement. The work crew arrived on time, were courteous, and took the time to explain everything we had questions about. They made sure to protect our possessions from the byproducts of the excavations they undertook.
The supervisor, Al, was very helpful in explaining all options for the placement of hardware in the system and for an unforeseen problem with a crack in one of our walls that could have been handled in more than one way.
The crew made sure to clean up after they were finished and left our basements in better condition than they found them.

I have an older brick house with a stone foundation and had a major water problem in the basement. Every time it rained, water seeped into the basement through the foundation walls along the entire length of one side of house. One area was especially bad because there was a constant seepage as though a faucet was dripping. A drainage system is built into the house with two holes that lead to a french drain that wasnt able to handle all the water coming into the basement.The drains always backed up and there was usually inches of water in the basement covering both drain holes. As the french drain released water into the ground, the backup water would drain from basement. The cement floors in the basement were usually damp with me constantly running a dehumidifier. I did a lot of research on basement water problems and knew it was going to be an expensive fix.
Mr. Barnett was recomended to me and he came out the very next day to give me an estimate on what it would take to resolve my problem. He was was very patient with me and addressed all my questions and concerns. a problem that i thought was insurmountable, Mr. Barnett summed up as a common problem with older houses. The inside drainage system was installed in early March along the entire side of the house and i havent had any water problems since. It took them less than 8 hours to complete. The workers cleaned up after themselves and were very polite.I'm thoroughly satisfied with the work done by Mr. Barnetts company and would highly recomend them. He is true to his word and very reasonable. After i had such good success with the water problem , I had them replace wooden beams that held up my side porch roof. They did a beautiful job on replacing the beams. They installed solid sturdy beams, their carpentry work is of a high quality, and they consulted with me to find out what i wanted done.

I've used Barnett Solutions for several varied jobs this year-- a new sidewalk, plumbing, fence staining and a few other items. Al's work is uniformly of fine quality and his customer service orientation and fair pricing is obvious and consistent. The one time I noticed a small item that needed some additional work, he was back the very next day to make it right-- and he did! I've just sent Al another list of items for my home and office building and will continue to use him. (He had actually called me to make sure that I approved of the work he'd done.) He is the all-too-rare contractor who actually REDUCED his final price when one job was not as extensive as he'd first thought! In my experience, just a great guy to work with.
