    Thank you Robert! We were really in a jam last
    week and needed help filling our pool. Thank
    you for getting in and out as fast as you could.
    Thank you for not cutting any corners on our
    job. Our inspection went through with flying
    colors. You saved us hours of work and left
    everything looking fantastic. Actually, the area
    looks like it was never there. We're ready to
    start landscaping now! You'll be the first one we
    call in the next phase.

    To whom it may concern
    I have purchased recently a home in December, 2015 on Cottle Road, San Jose with in ground large swimming pool. I needed to demolish and fill the pool with dirt per county regulations and for the Job I have chosen Robert Arrighi to complete the Job with an agreed one week schedule just before December holiday break.
    Robert was very professional and he took care of what needed to be done with County office with my little involvement. He was able to complete the job agreed one-day in advance. He is very clear about what need to be taken care part of Pool demolition and dirt fill and gave me all options and guidance. He provided contacts to request special dirt/top soil when I needed the pool top layer to be ready to garden. He also helped me with getting good contacts to work with the Pool equipment removal and electrical connection removal per county norms.
    He constantly kept me updated daily with the progress by sending pictures from his phone and ensures that I know the progress ongoing while we were not present at the new home.
    I recommend Robert for anyone looking for similar pool demolition jobs without any hesitation. Robert knows what he is doing and is an expert to get it done per timeline agreed.

    I hired Robert Arrighi to remove a pool in my backyard, fill and grade the entire backyard. He was prompt to start and finished as promised. I gave him a partial payment midway through and full payment when everything was done. He was very nice, easy to work with and very knowledgeable and experienced in what he does. His fee was also very reasonable. Overall very satisfied with his work and highly recommend him.

    We just had this firm and Robert Aggirhi demo our pool and backyard and he was terrible to work with. He constantly lied about what he said he would do and would constantly ask for more money. He did not complete the work he contracted for and wanted his money in full. When we confronted him about not completing the job, he told us he would adjust the final payment and take out the cost of the uncompleted job. He came by the next day to pick up his final check, took it and then emailed us that he was going to take us to court because we owed him the money that he agreed to reduce the fee by because he didn't complete the job. Consumer Beware!!!

    We recently hired Bay Area Bobcat Service to demo our pool and backyard. We have had nothing but problems with Robert Arrighi, the owner, since he started work for us. Not only has he constantly lied about what he was going to do on the job but he makes up stories and then says he needs more money. He did not complete the job and had no intention of completing it and wanted to be paid. We talked to him about this and he agreed to reduce his payment because he wasn't going to finish the job. We paid him his final payment and now he says he is going to sue us because he wants the money that he agreed to deduct for not completing the job. Beware of this firm and owner!
