Anwar and his crew did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. There were a couple adjustments we needed to make, but Anwar was on top of everything. Was very responsive, very receptive to feedback, made adjustments as necessary, and overall was a complete pro during the entire project. You can tell these guys stand behind their work. The results speak for themselves - the bathroom looks amazing, and we are very happy with the finished product. Would highly recommend these guys.

Beisa said that the project was too small (completely gut a kitchen, add a wall, remove a wall, new counters and cabinets, island and flooring. Told me to hire a "handyman". Pretty insulting.

I needed to replace an exterior door and rotting window trim as well as readjust a gutter, install 4 ceiling fans and replace old fluorescent light fixtures and a security light. I also needed diagnosis for a water leak between my siding and interior wall. Beisa's was great! Diagnosis was made and all work completed on time & within my budget.

I called their Office and their Customer service was Top notch and amazingly organized, the exterior rep.was here 20 min before the agreed time and gave us a very fair price on site (I was very Happy to see how much he knew about all the work and didn't try to make sound impossible )
The Project Manager was really good communicating and the guys that did the work really nice and cleaned everyday.

Replaced bank of skylights, built and insulated a new ceiling and exterior roof. They were professional, detailed and charged what was quoted. They replaced base boards that was not even part of their construction. Most important, they did the work on the schedule they quoted!

I asked them if they were open on weekends or evenings for a quote. They very politely told me to F off. I can actually take time off of work, and absolutely would if a company was unavailable during my off hours, but they never gave me the chance to say that or to figure out any kind of schedule with me.

We had Anwar Beisa (CEO) and Tram Phan (Assistant Project Manager) out a few times to look at the renovation we wanted to do to our first floor - living room, kitchen, dining and family room. They were creative, knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. If you need design ideas, this is your team. Anwar walked in and immediately started us thinking in very different directions than we'd dreamed possible and Tram's detail knowledge is a great compliment. Our insurance agent was also pleased with their professionalism and reasonable bid. I would highly recommend this team!

This bid was 3x the nearest competitor. Not sure where they came up with the quote, but it's way out of the ballpark for the size of the bathroom and type of work. I expect there to be a range, but not $20k for an 80 sq ft space.

In addition, it took over 2 weeks to get their estimator out, plus another 3 weeks to get the estimate. Just a complete waste of time, basically.

It also seems they may be trying to work around the BuildZoom system. They never submitted their estimate via the site, would only email it.

Hard to believe they are rated so high. Definitely not my experience with this company.

when offering to have a weekend appointment make sure that you can actually can make that happen. The conversation was that, after being offered a weekend appointment, the next phone call was that it was not possible. However, their employee would make "an exception" to meet in the later afternoon/early evening. Exception? Really? I am about to drop 80 to 100 K on a project and someone is going to make "an exception". How about being gracious and want my business. Listening to my gut, I have to put Beisa in the no colmn.

They were very detail oriented, I really liked their Communication and Organization system. the work crews were on time and VERY nice guys, professionals and respectful. Cleaned every day and communicated all the changes or challenge to make sure we
knew it would be all good. I will definitely hire them on our next Project.

We had Beisa's Legacy remodel Our master Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen and paint all interior, plus couple other things to be repair /replaced. The whole Team did an amazing job. Yes Team as a Retired Marine SP.
I have to say it was a pleasure to see this team work together.
I'm not saying there were no setbacks at all, even some small mistakes or so, but the way they handled every situation was very professional.
We were sad not to Have Anwar (he is an amazing designer) here during our project but I was impressed to see how he was controlling everything from out of the country.

We had BL exteriors and remodeling Replace or Roof, do some dry rot repair,siding,windows and exterior paint on 2014, the service and level of professionalism was amazing and top notch So we call them back on the Sumer of 2015 to get our Kitchen update and Baseman conversion and remodel.
One more time the whole process was a great experience and on time, the way they clean every day and take in to account all of our needs is just very heartwarming.
The new kitchen looks fantastic the Design was well thought and very innovative.

Beisa's Legacy Remodeling (BL exteriors and remodeling) did a beautiful Attic conversion/Dormer Addition for Us. There was a bit of delay with some of the repairs and with me not knowing anything about construction I freaked out few times but Anwar was always there ready to calm me down and explain the process and make sure I could understand what was going on.
everything looks that its always been there :). windows,siding,roofing ...everything is just perfect.
They worked really hard on keeping everything dry and on schedule.

I would like to Thank and commend for your companies level of professionalism and detail in completing our recent siding repair. The thought of having to replace our old siding has been haunting my husband and I for some time. When I first heard about repair to avoid a spending 3 times what need it and that it would look nice I really got exited with the idea since we had 2 other contractor that said it needed it to be replace. We thought the process would be long and messy and often doubted if the process was even worth the expense. I have dealt with many contractors and businesses and would have to say this has been, hands down the most enjoyable process I ever experienced. Each night the exterior of my home was cleaned as though there was no construction going on at all. The only angst was at the color choice I had to make (smile). The siding, the paint, it all turned out beautifully and it is a joy to come home at night.
Anwar was a great help with giving Us ideas and helping Us decide material and not letting me go crazy :).

Beisa's Legacy removed and replaced siding on the lower back half of my home. They worked with me to come out early and fit in this job as soon as possible. I renovate several homes a year and need a reliable painter and contractor. This past fall my regular painter failed to be on time and as scheduled. I asked if he knew a reliable and skilled painting contractor I could use in order complete an exterior house painting job before the winter weather hit. He recommended Beisa's Legacy Construction because he had worked for them. I was really in a jam and that day I called Beisa's Legacy Construction. The next day there was a full crew on site and painting. I was very impressed and greatful.
