    Full house contractor; put in concrete driveway and back patio

    Our situation is a bit unusual(or maybe not?)in that we were left in substantial debt by a contractor who caused us significant liens, owed vendors, subcontractors and the loss of 1/4 of our original deposit. We were between a rock and a hard place, 1400 miles from the home we were building and needing a contractor on our permit to move forward. To say we trusted no contractors is an understatement. We were given contractor Bentley Pinder’s name by another victim of our original contractor. His words, “Call Bentley Pinder. He is someone you can trust.” He knew Bentley well, because he had hired him to finish his home addition. We called Bentley who sympathized with our situation and wanted nothing more than for us to have a positive experience moving forward.

    Bentley communicated with us throughout the process. We were encouraged to call in return and were always greeted with professionalism, positivity, encouragement and even humor when it was needed.

    Bentley has eased our stress from working with the permit process, scheduling multiple inspections, coordinating deliveries that kept the building process running smoothly, making suggestions, to personally pouring our back patio and driveway. He was our “ eyes and authority” as we had already hired a few subcontractors to help complete the process.

    We are so thankful to have found a trustworthy competent contractor. If Bentley doesn’t feel he is the correct “fit” for a job, he will let his prospective client know. For him, it’s not all about getting the job. It’s about the customer. Thank you, Bentley. We will forever be grateful for all you’ve done to make our house a home.

    Very responsive and helpful. He showed up when he said he would and gave us sound advice. We had a pool issue which is not in his expertise, but he is referring us to the correct contractor. This is a good local business.
