"For most homeowners, replacing or fixing your furnace and air conditioner is a significant home repair cost. Selecting a company that you trust is important and will make the whole process as painless as possible (emotionally, if not financially!). I’ve heard horror stories from homeowners that were sold something completely unnecessary or even worse- paid too much for a low efficiency furnace that cost them even more in monthly utility bills. We recently replaced our furnace and air conditioner, and we wanted to be confident that we were choosing the best option since this was the largest home upgrade investment that we’ve ever made. After talking with several different companies, we decided that our best option was actually Best Heating, Cooling and Electric! In comparing the quotes from each of the different service providers, we were amazed at all the different “opinions” each company suggested. After a lot of research and talking with lots of different companies, we decided Best gave us not only one of the best prices, but was honest about what we needed. Our consultant, Garrett, was very straightforward on what we needed, what would be nice to have, and what we could really live without. His goal wasn’t to sell us everything he could.
