We are a privately held company located in the beautiful Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon and operating in Oregon and Washington. As such, we do not have to answer to corporate headquarters about profit, loss, or design considerations. We answer only to you, our customers. It is your feedback and most importantly, your vote of confidence with our services that makes our decisions for us.

We provide Engineering & Construction Design/Build services for Commercial and Custom Residential projects. We are licensed Professional Engineers, General Construction Contractors, and Certified Water Right Examiners who can provide all the professional services you may need to properly address your unique Engineering & Construction Design/Build requirements and situations. We are active members of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). In addition to being fully licensed, bonded and insured, we are also very environmentally conscious and active Sierra Club members.

We provide hydronic radiant floor heating, passive solar heating, and water work project engineering analysis, consultation, design, product fabrication, and general contractor construction services. A company may only legally use "engineering and construction" in their company name if they actually employ both licensed professional engineers and licensed construction general contractors. There are many companies who use rules-of-thumb or "catalog engineering" to incorporate the often over-priced products that they sell into their so called designs. We are not a product retailer and we do not offer free design service (and feign competence) to entice you to purchase over-priced products. So while others may offer similar services, few architects, builders, product retailers, or technicians really understand both the engineering principals and the construction techniques required to achieve an integrated and successful result.

We are do-it-yourselfers (DIY) at heart and we support like-minded people. We believe that being self-reliant and building energy efficient homes that use renewable energy resources in a responsible manner is a good philosophy for our planet.
