    AWFUL. TERRIBLE. Signed contract in August 2016 and here I am writing in June 2017 and my job is not yet complete. Terrible follow up with months of no contact, missed appointments and no return phone calls. Job was for windows, soffits and gutters - section of gutter blew down 2 weeks after installation, damaging a window, trim and siding. Find someone else - C&L Ward is not worth the headache.

    I will go out of my way to attend home improvement shows where C&L Ward is a vendor to warn people away from them.
