I have been a repeat customer of Handyman on Demand and I personally would give them a rating over 100! They have helped me with pre-sale preparations on my condo (replacing a water heater and rebuilding some of the supports around it, replacing tiles, and some other odds and ends) and with work on our new house (electrical - fixed some wiring issues & brought breaker box up to current code, installed new ceiling lights and fans throughout the house, replaced a pressure regulator on our main house water line, fixed a leaky faucet and replaced board, etc.) They are my go-to team for anything I need done that my husband doesn't have time or expertise for, and they have always been courteous and professional, easy to schedule, and friendly. I especially appreciate that they provide materials at their cost (with receipts) without marking up items, so you only pay for their time, and they give thorough pricing up front. I will continue to use them for all my future project needs, and am only sad that so far they just have a San Diego location so I can't recommend them to my parents in Arizona.
