Kitchen, Bathroom remodel and replacing carpet with hardwood throughout the house
    $68,500
    70 days
    Best Finishes and Details Ever!

We had a great experience working with CMS. CMS remodeled our kitchen, bathroom and upgraded our carpet to hardwood floors. They were extremely professional, efficient and the work was completed on schedule. The project manager, David was very helpful and always willing to listen to us when we had any questions or concerns. All of the finishes and details exceeded our expectations. My husband and I would highly recommend this company if your looking to remodel your house. They go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.

    Budget Friendly Contractor

I really shopped around to find a contractor that could keep within my budget but still give me quality work. I was referred to CMS by a friend of mine that had her kitchen and bathroom remodeled in her condo in Los Angeles. They delivered as promised and never asked for "extra's". I love my kitchen now, I did not have a great budget for this remodel, but they were able to maximize what budget I did have for this remodel. I will recommend them to my friends.

My project isn't finished yet (expected to wrap up next week), but I'm moved to give this company a glowing review for their work on my condo ahead of time. I don't expect anything to change at this point since we've been through many unexpected challenges with my project and their team has outperformed my expectations every time.

First off, Tom is not an email sort of guy so if your favorite form of communications is emailing, write Tina instead. That said, Tom answered every of my phone calls and is great at what he does, which was coordinating and leading my remodel to completion. He has fulfilled every promise he made to me so far. Despite my living in Orange County and my daughter's condo being in L.A., besides a quick trip to check out the improvements weekly, I've never had to push or complain to get results. Unfortunately, my project ended up being delayed by a month due to unforeseen circumstances. I almost got embroiled in a dispute with the condo's Association over plumbing issues that had threatened to derail my kitchen and bath remodeling. I'm so glad I've got CMS Builders and Restoration on my side because without their expertise, I wouldn't have the confidence to challenge the Association and get them to admit the faulty repipe they did some years ago was actually what made us fail inspection and not our remodeling at the condo. The City Inspector ended up forcing the Association to bring their plumbing up to code before allowing us to close the bathroom walls and proceed with our work. At this point, we're poised to install plumbing fixtures as soon as we hear from the City Inspector by day's end.

I'm really happy that I chose CMS Builders and Restoration and not some fly-by-night companies who said they'd beat any quote. I've had my share of troubles with shoddy work by unlicensed contractors before, so I'm confident to say I've chosen well this time. I'm also happy about my decision not to parcel out the work separately to an electrician, a plumber, flooring installer, etc. in order to "save" money, but to allow a general contractor take care of the project from start to finish. Tom's subs are friendly, helpful and capable. They did top-notch work for me. I'm so proud of how my daughter's condo is shaping up. Whatever difference between Tom's quote and others I've been given was totally worth it. I must admit the cabinets and countertops at my daughter's condo are more beautiful and of a higher quality than what I have in my million-dollar home.

I can say much more but to sum up, if you have a condo in L.A. that needs improvements, let CMS Builders and Restoration handle the job. They will get the necessary permits, have the job pass inspection, deal with the Association, and save you the headaches.

I hired CMS to do hardwood flooring and update my kitchen and bathroom.

I was referred to CMS from a friend of mine who used them to redo her bathroom. I was really pleased with Tina in the office she answered a lot of my questions and made me feel comfortable with setting my appointment. I met Shaul and he gave me all of my options and some great ideas I wouldn't have thought of on my own. The pricing I would say was right in the middle of other pricing I had received. I was always told not to go with the cheapest but to try and find someone in the middle. So I decided to hire them to do the work. The work was done according to my contract. They cleaned up everyday. I had heard horror stories about extra's during work. They never came to me with extra work outside my contract. They pulled all the permits needed , my floors look amazing, and my bathroom and kitchen got a much needed update. I was worried about doing the work since I live in a condo and have neighbors and lots of rules through my association. I never had any issue's at all, they handled everything very professionally. I am really pleased with how everything turned out. Tina was always available to help me out and make sure I was in touch with Shaul. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Complete remodel of existing addition to bring up to code, raised the ceilings 8 ft, installed new windows, 1 french door, redid fireplace and brought up to code, new drywall, framing, crown moulding, int painting, exterior stucco to match the existing, new lighting, added outlets, new hardwood flooring, new roof.

I had been looking around for sometime checking prices and had got several quotes. Decided to go with not the cheapest price but somewhere in between , they say you get what you pay for. Was very happy with Tina from the start , she seemed very knowledgable and knew exactly what I was trying to get out of this rather large project. I also wanted to have everything done before the Holidays. They came out several times before I decided to go with them, I guess I'm a little picky when it comes to my home. I have to say overall I was impressed with the final results and was a little nervous that they wouldn't finish on time , it came close but was done before my Holiday Party. I have given their number to several of my friends because I had a lot of compliments at my Party.

I am an esthetician and live in a small condo. Christina has been a client of mine for years and I had heard she does great work, so when I decided to do a small project at my place I already knew I wanted to work with her. I hired her to re-paint all my interior walls and to do tile work in my bathroom. She did not disappoint at all! I loved working with a female that totally got my style and taste. She did great work and gave me a great price.

BATHROOM: They installed a new tub, vanity, top mount sink, glass tile around the tub, new tub, new tile flooring, installed a new custom glass door, added electrical outlets, installed a new light fixture, new paint
KITCHEN: They installed new cabinetry, Caesar Stone counter-top's, appliances, new travertine flooring, recess lighting, and paint
MISC: They installed new travertine flooring throughout my loft and crown molding

I needed someone who could handle the entire job without a lot of handholding or supervision as I am a busy real estate agent who is always on the go. I found what I was looking for in CMS Builders and Restoration in terms of expertise, quality, and price. The price was competitive given that the materials and workmanship are high quality. I would definitely use CMS again. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The process was great from beginning to end. Their workers always showed up when they said they would and did wonderful work. Sometimes we were there and sometimes not but we always felt we could trust everyone. I have a very open loft and really wanted someone to help design a kitchen and bath that wouldn’t take away from the openness of the space. Great Job!! I would defiantly recommend them to my friends, family, and clients.
