Charles Carpenter's team did an excellent job on my roof. They cleaned up everyday, used quality materials and worked on my roof until the job was finished. The only issue I had was how long it took for them to get to me due to their backlog of previously scheduled work.

Overall our experience with Charles Carpenter Roofing was excellent. They completed their work in a timely manner. The workers were polite and friendly. The price was excellent as well. Charles helped my wife pick out the best shingles and answered all her questions, of which there were many. He was very patient and kind with his responses and he never talked down to either of us. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.

Charles Carpenter completed my much needed roofing with his most proficient workforce.
As you know, on any project, estimates are of course, a big deal for the purchaser. Hoping that the work will be done in excellence is what a buyer
desires and only realizes after completion.
There was unknown wood to be replaced ,I am thankful that the company's
workers didn't rush to finish and replaced all that was needed and thoroughly
did the job correctly .
I felt the above the estimate costs were very well listed and honestly accounted for in my itemized final statement.
The crew laid tarps surrounding the house to catch debris nd cleaned up after.
I have not found or stepped on one nail .
Lastly ,I had other estimates where a substantial amount of money was required up front . Up front money was not required and I feel that instilled
a greater sense of confidence in The Carpenter Co. in that the work done
would be good and to my satisfaction, and it was!
So ,I fully recommend , if you need a good roofing job this is the place to shop.
