Founded by Carlos C. Forteza, born and raised in Manila, Philippines – Carlos migrated to the United States in 1982 and attended school at Stillwater, Oklahoma. After pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Carlos came back to the United States and has been residing in West Los Angeles since 1988.

He then gained experience working for some of the top-notch Architectural Firms in West Los Angeles like Widom Wein Cohen, Johannes Van Tilburg, Pope and Associates, and CNI-Design – to name a few.

Being diversified in his field, Carlos C. Forteza worked from a draftsman position to a designer to a project manager.
