We had our driveway paved a year ago and was told there was a year warranty. Now there are dips and a hole has developed. They are now saying there isn't a warranty and will not fix anything! They will not stand behind there work!

We hired this company to pave a sizable residential driveway ($27k cost). Although their initial response was quick to quote and do the job, needed follow up has been a failure. Immediate follow up was requested regarding large ditches left on each side needing more fill to prevent water damage. No response, we had to do the repairs ourselves. Within 3 months of the job, we were having plant breakthrough issues the length of the driveway. We made repeated requests to a number of DeWees associates for resolution. The last associate promised a response from Tanner DeWees, but it never occurred. Fair pricing; but, without quality work and a complete disregard of a customer’s needed follow up, this is NO bargain.
