    We became acquainted with Climate Solutions Inc when we were paired with them by our general remodeler and builder, Bradford & Kent (B&K) of Downers Grove IL. Whilst B&K has been a negative and ghastly experience and is a subpar company in rapid decline, Climate Solutions was a really good thing to come out of the crushingly bad rapport with B&K. We know we're lucky that we got paired with Climate Solutions and Mike, the owner, and his talented colleague, Dan. We received woefully wrong information from B&K regarding heating and cooling systems, and B&K cost us many thousands of dollars due to their pretending to know about systems they do not understand at all, without so much as an apology, but fortunately the clever and proficient Mike and Dan were able to properly address the systems. They worked hard on it (we have three stories and a 100-year-old home), and I do think they may have had other capable helpers assist them occasionally, but mostly we interacted with Mike and Dan. Mike and Dan are friendly, professional, courteous, nonjudgmental, patient, communicative, and responsive. Their consistent cheerful demeanor meant a lot during this time because we were having such an abominable experience with B&K, and Mike and Dan are professional and know how to ignore B&K nonsense and keep their heads above the fray and do their job. I know we had a lot going on with this project and had frequent needs for a while there, but Mike and Dan showed remarkable patience and commitment to putting everything to rights. I know if I called Climate Solutions later on, they'd be nice and help us out then too. They know what they're doing both skill-wise and from the customer-service aspect, something that's very rare but highly valued in the trades. I'm glad they have work via B&K, but Mike and Dan could do so much better with more reputable companies than B&K, as Mike and Dan have the technical and people skills to do this, and they could work well with higher-quality companies than B&K and have their pick of higher clientele in Chicagoland. We appreciate Mike and Dan, they're good guys, they do good things, and they're just pleasant and competent - that means everything.
