    Custom home build

    Our experience was spectacular. Attention to detail and very fast to respond. Change orders were easy and the build was lightening fast.

    We do not recommend this builder. We had a bad experience and ended up having to take the builder to court.

    -Surprised us the week of closing with over $40,000 in overages
    -Never finished punch list items for house. Had to take to court.
    -Kitchen has to be redone due to damage done by builder and sub contractors
    -We still have many issues with the house such as missing cabinet doors and drywall and paint issues.
