They came to my house asked for 1lb of Freon. He went to the unit then came right out, was too quick, took my cash and took off. 2 days later my pipes were frozen even worse, he didn't put in 1lbof Freon. When I called them and told them they refused to check his work cause they knew I was right, and there ignoring me, they don't care about customer service at all, they lied to me, they stole from me they ripped me off. Don't let Coolquest rip you off too. I want my money back, 165.00 If they don't I will take legal action.
