Most assuredly they are reliable and professional in their work. In addition to being timely in their work they also complete the job with enough individuals at the work-site to do a superb clean up. I purposely requested they leave business cards with me to pass along as references and was not at all hesitant to have their yard sign left on my lawn attesting to the fact they had done the work.

These guys are great! We had our roof damaged in the February storm. The weather was not cooperating with our schedule but we finally had clear skies and they were able to replace in three days. Fantastic job, better that the old roof!

I don't think we can ever say that a business not only did what they said they would do, when they would do it that they actually did it - but Cost U Less Roofing, Carlos, did an absolutely fantastic job. Everyday when we came home you couldn't tell anyone had been there because they cleaned up - daily!! Not only that, they did many extra things without nickel and diming us, they did them because it was the right thing to do or the right way to do it. They finished when they said they would and when we had one question after the roof was completed, Carlos gave a day he would come out, called with the details and took care of it that day!! If you have a business and want to learn how to run your team professionally, correctly and have a tremendously satisfied customer, you need to ask Carlos his ways.

Truly outstanding service. The company was recommended by our solar PV contractor (Ambrose Solar) and did a complete roof replacement for the main house, well house and detached garage including moving some of the vent pipes for PV panel placement, adding some vents that were needed, complete gutter replacement, leaf guards on the gutters, installation of a skylight and solar tube. They also replaced several boards/wood pieces that had dry rot. That in 4 days!
The team arrived promptly by 8am every morning and where very efficient...they all appeared to know exactly what they were doing. Pedro was great as was Carlos, and willing to make minor adjustments here and there where needed. The workers also cleaned up every evening before they left which was important for our Great Dane to not get nails in her paws. And special thanks to Cecelia for keeping us informed in a most pleasant manner.
After they left I walked around the house and up on the roof inspecting the work which all was very professionally done. Thank you for using screws instead of nails on the flashings and downspout mounts and painting over them to match. And, the price was great, a couple thousand below the three other bids I received. We are very happy customers and whole heartedly recommend them.
