This business would not give me the time of day. I asked for a landscape quote and I was asked how many quotes I was getting. I told him 3-5. He told me that because he charges more, he won't be the guy I end up going with. Excuse me? Like he knows my mind? He proceeded to tell me that they get about 15 bid requests per week and they pick the ones most worth it to them. I understand not wanting to waste their time, but perhaps they should hire more people to give quotes. You would think that in this economy that they would be happy to have ANY job, even if it is only a $2000 one. He told me to email my landscape plan a second time and he would go ahead and get me a quote. I never got one.
I ended up getting a lot more money than I anticipated and went with one of his competitors; he just lost a $12,000 job because of his arrogance.

At first Glance it seemed to be the best landscape company we had worked with thank you to Steve who is the manager of landscaping for our project. The owner though is another story providing some of the most terrible customer service which was very unfortunate. He ignored my wives calls and did not respond to our questions through email as we were struggling to get things done with them for 4 months past the signed contract. Also make sure to state everything with this company as they will add on EXTRA COSTS to take care of the job. It’s not out of the norm on the extra charges also it’s what you would expect from a landscaping company to take care of, like removing dirt from the project and removing excess cement without being asked however they charged. It is very unfortunate that we had the experience we did but we found a type of hustle with excess costs and the time frames very difficult not to mention we ended up doing work for the landscaping company on our own by obtaining permits and taking care of any city inquiries. After the owner gets you in the contract it is not important to take care of their customers we found. We were just another notch and job to be taken care of outside of Steve who works there whom I would recommend outside of that company hopefully someday. Do NOT let their cheap prices lure you in as we ended up paying it back with our personal time and labor which I did actually clock in, not to mention the stress as none of us are professionals hence why we hire outside of us. My best to anyone who uses this company as Dan Cloward makes it very difficult…After reading various reviews we were not the only ones I wish I would have read them before using this company.
