We had Cottrell Basement Waterproofing in to our home for a waterproofing inspection. We had our guard up high. A few years ago we had contracted with Mid Atlantic Waterproofing. We had to cancel our install because I was rushed to the hospital. We called Mid Atlantic and they told us it was their policy to keep the deposit. We were very upset.
So that being said, you can just imagine how much our guard was up. Denny Cottrell Jr, which is the owner came out to inspect our property. He only took 1 to show us everything we needed to see. He sold us on his Ultimate 8 system. It uses a 8" interior French drain pipe. We never heard of such a size pipe being used. They also painted our basement and cleaned after the install. We had the record rain of May 2011, with zero issues! We are so relieved that this company really does care about customer service. We have referred Cottrell Basement Waterproofing to several people since, as well as our son has contracted with them. This company is going to change the book on customer service and common sense Waterproofing for sure. If you need a waterproofer call Cottrell for a wonderful experience. Good job!
