Hired this contractor with a little reservation because of his age. I was so suprised with the skill and attention to detail that he produced. I have worked in the construction industry my whole life and have never met someone with the experience that he bought to my project. He was very profesional and demanded the same thing from his crew. Let me also stress that he is not going to be the lowest bid on the project, He will let you know that up front. With that being said, the experience that he brings to the jobsite you will save money in the long run (We did).
