    I have used Bella Nova for a number of occasions and I must say, I have never experienced someone so inexperienced and irresponsible and careless for the work performed. I first contracted Don Mcdonald (the owner) for bath remodel work. He tiled the bath tiles incorrectly, they were not even. He also did not screw the bath base floor correctly, so whenever I walk into the bathroom, there is squeaky sound on the bath floor, as well as can feel the floor sinks lower. I had asked Don to repair this multiple times, each time he came up with excuses to delay repairing it, he also complained that this is not a big deal and I should just forget about getting this fixed. He didn't even bother to reply to fix up his own mistakes. I had asked other contractors to access the damage and every one of them all said Don's work was not satisfactory. He did not know what he was doing when remodeling the bathroom, despite his "30 years of experience". He showed a careless attitude. When he patched my bathroom wall, he did not even bother to patch them nicely, he simply did not care if the color of pattern matched. BEWARE of this company and Don, DON'T HIRE HIM TO DO WORK. He is not trustworthy, not reliable and he is very irresponsible and his work is NOT GOOD. Stay away from this company !!!
