If I could rate a zero I would. The owner was very demanding and requested payment in advance. He even threatened me on more than one occasion. He never completed the project and someone else had to fix his mistakes at a premium price

i had many contractors over the years . i hired d.c.moyer builders and they treated me fair with price and gave me quality work.
