My husband and I moved to Clarksville from Georgia last year and we really wanted to have a home built after spending some time unable to find something we liked that was on the market. I was a little reluctant about a home build since my husband is in the military and is often gone for long stretches of time. We were diligent in our search for a builder we felt we could trust and be accessible. We asked around the military community and my husband asked his new colleagues at his unit and the name that kept coming up more often was David Reese Construction. We narrowed our search to three builders and from the first phone call, we knew Mr. Reese was going to be our choice. But, we wanted to be sure so we called the local building codes department and although they cannot recommend a builder they did tell us that we will not go wrong with Mr. Reese. After meeting with Mr. Reese, we were solidified in our decision and got the ball rolling. During construction, my husband had to go off to Afghanistan. I was a bit tense and nervous about the home being built while my husband was deployed since I don't know anything about construction, but, Mr. Reese walked me through every phase, answered every question, silly as some may have probably been and kept me updated daily on what was going on with the home build. Not one of my phone calls went unanswered and Mr. Reese delivered me and my family a beautiful home after 5 months. My husband came home from being deployed and was overjoyed with our new home and very thankful for the help and attention he gave me and my family while he was deployed. We would recommend Mr. Reese to anyone looking to build a home, he is very accessible, very personable and does what he says he will do. Also, I was very impressed by the craftsmen that Mr. Reese had work on our home, the attention to detail was amazing!!
