    All encounters with Mark were great to start. Within the first year of pool completion, I had numerous problems. Agreements in contract were not met. Landscaping was never finished. Issues with most features exist and even if they were fixed, they broke again. It’s been 5 years. 4 of my five LED high end bulbs are INOP due to faulty installation. The bubbler feature was installed wrong, 3 times. The spillway leaks and creates mold along wall. He tried to trouble shoot the issue with calcium build up surrounding the entire pool surface, but it’s not fixed. Looks awful and hurts the kids feet. Spa features are pointless and either don’t work, or hardly work. I’ve emailed and called numerous times over two years. I’m now paying to fix all the mistakes made. Huge letdown.

    A follow up from my above review of Delta Pool. After many months of waiting Mark came through and completed the small task over the winter break. He called out of the blue and wanted to make it right, I will admit this scored points in my book.

    Mark is good enough to work with and did provide a nice pool for my Wife and I to enjoy last summer. However, he has yet to complete a small task that he has been putting off for well over 10 months that he has promised he would complete. He has stated he has the hardware to complete the job. But still fails to complete this task after countless calls and messages. I am very disappointed in his lack of Customer service in regards to his obligations in providing satisfactory work. Lesson learned.....Do not pay your contract in full until you are 100% satisfied with the services he or his Company provides.
