David Allen Marshall, owner of DM Custom Homes has spent the last three years making up lies and excuses for not paying me for work done on a customer's home. February 14, 2012 I was awarded a Default Judgment (Case # SC4-0004-12). Do you think David Marshall would pay his bill? No, not a chance. I was left with only one option; place a lien on the home owner's property. It is unfortunate that the home owner paid David Marshall for the work I performed, and will now have to face paying the bill again prior to the sell of their property!!
