DMS hstarted working on a roof in January 2014 and of July 2014, our roof has had three violations from Hillsboro County building services. DMS construction put shingles over sagging would overdriven and under driven nails. How many violations do contractors get? After countless problems our roof is lumpy bumpy and wavy. I have now recently found out that the owner of DMS is affiliated with NBRC construction which has been investigated for insurance fraud. I would not recommend this company at all.

Shane (the owner of DMS) is a liar, his crew replace the roof, they left me with a broken satellite dish, a broken window, some sort of stains in the driveway and nails all over the place. I call him and told him that I could fix the satellite dish but the window had to be replaced. He took months playing games saying that they will send the guy to repair it, then that I can repair it and they will pay me back, his worker Allen will take care of it, blablabla... After 3 months and 100 lies. Shane and the people in their office simply never returned my calls again. Is funny cause before the job was done Vanessa will call 10 times a day to try to collect the money, well no more calls from them now. These people are not honest and if they brake something at your place they will not take responsibility. Be aware!

I have been instructed to contact the states attorneys office, as apparently most his employees are in jail from the states indictment! Eric "Shane: Johnson, tried telling me he sold his company to Home Improvement specialist, however that was a lie! He is associated with 8 companies when I search him! BEWARE, and now claims to own and run EA MotorSports!!!
