This company installed a a/c in a new house. No clean out. wrong emergency cut off switch. Unit leaking under unit almost a year. No heat to one side of house. His employee told us the owner would not fix until house was a year old so we would have to pay for the labor. Had to have another company fix. Signature one Homes the builder does not stand behind his work.

On 7/11/22 I called Jet Liner to get a copy of the balance I owed on my new Shower and install. I called early in the morning for a simple copy of the balance owed. The person answering the phone was very polite. However, I had the misfortune of being connected with " Desire"? She was very impatient and abrupt. She told me she would email it to me right away. Hours passed and I heard nothing. I called back and she rudely but me on hold and then disconnected the call. I called back and she put me on hold again. I guess her time is worth more than mine? I was shocked that instead of an apology for her inadequate service, she just said- I'm hanging up on you now. I would expect better than that- and deserve better than that

Hi I’m Denise casselman .Darin stephens came to my house for a water leak and found that the toilet was leaking at the base of the toilet and then he gave me three options from fixing the old toilet and resetting it or buying a new toilet or just resetting the toilet . The old toilet definitely needed new parts so we decided through his recommendation on buying a new toilet he went pick the toilet up and was back in no time.Seems like he took a little extra time to make things right and we really appreciate it.

The owner is rude and incompetent. Puts system in new build house and cant even figure out how to get equal airflow thru out house. He said just deal with it even though one room is 4 degrees warmer then the others. He is rude and does not stand behind his work.

I can't praise Wayne and his crew enough for the work they did replacing my lawn. He did a thorough job not only replacing my lawn, but making sure all the sprinklers were working properly and replacing the ones that weren't. He leveled areas that were eroded and also fertilized the lawn after. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend his company.

We interviewed several roofing companies after a tropical storm knocked a tree through our roof. Five Star was recommended by our realtor, and was one of the few companies that had a general contractor on staff who could handle the damage to the beams and trusses.

After our insurance company came back with a very low bid and wanted to do a patch instead of re-roofing, our job supervisor, Justin, and the company owner, John, came out in person and took numerous photos and wrote a detailed report that convinced our insurance company to approve a full re-roof.

Five Star was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They are responsive, professional, and hard working. I highly recommend this company!

Wanted to get several estimates on solar. Solar Bear Regional Manager came to my house. Having owned a home improvement company in 1980's I told him I did not want a long pitch. He proceeded to pitch me anyway. I told him I had another company coming and he needed to finish up. (I gave him 1 hour) He was not happy. He said he would email an estimate. Never heard from him. Phone not answered either, just an answering machine.

One toilet failed in my home and did not flood the bathroom. They came out same day at the time they said they would. I had to get back to work or they would have completed the job then. They accommodated my schedule and brought 2 new toilets to install, as per my request. Extremely clean, professional and friendly. Could not have been happier. Absolutely will use them again if ever the need arises and I would highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing services. Thanks Mr. Rooter!

I’ve dealt with a few different roofing companies with various properties and not one would I use again. So I tried my luck from a referral to use JAEA. What a difference… Micah was assigned as my project manager and has been very communicative and easy to work with. I’ll update my review once my new roof is complete.

I was a customer of JA Edwards of America. Never again. Be very careful of the insurance angle they pitch. They do submit a claim to your insurance company with stipulation of what is called "assignment of benefits" that you must agree to and sign. If you don't make arrangements with your insurance company as to how the claim checks are made payable to, you lose all control how and when they get paid. In my case the insurance checks were made payable to me, my wife, my mortgage lender and JA Edwards which insured control as to when they would be paid.

As far as their workmanship? There were issues from beginning to end. My roof failed final inspection due to "low nails, i.e. exposed roofing nails." Their attempt to correct this was just as bad as the original install. Long story short, they use incompetent, unprofessional, ill-prepared non-English speaking for their crews. Steer clear and find someone else.

The job was rather simple. The plumber- Christopher, came punctually to my home and quickly diagnosed the issue. The only problem was he did not have an exact part. I told him to order the part and when part was available to reach out to me. During the course of the conversation, he informed he was off the next day. I found out he ordered the part on his day off, on his own time to help expedite the situation- I call this EXCELLENT service. He then came to my home as pre arranged and solved my issue.

Simply the best electricians around. Highly recommend them for any electrical need.

Patrick's Heating and Air installed a new HVAC 7/03/2018. The previous HVAC was destroyed by Hurricane Irma and payment was part of an insurance settlement. They were aware of that and the estimate stated that the HVAC was destroyed by Hurricane Irma. The roof had been replaced, but the interior work was not started. (collapsed ceilings and major interior damage). They offered to install the HVAC if I had proof the funds would be available when they submitted the required documents to release the funds from escrow. They did not submit the proper documents until December 2018 and threatened legal action against me. They could not seem to understand that they were holding up payment and I did not have access to the funds.

In the course of trying to settle this I discovered there is no active license in the name of Patrick's Heating and Air or Patrick Castaldi. Also, the corp is inactive according to Florida Corporation records.

Patrick's refuses to honor the warranty or complete the job. Over $5K is still in escrow for them. The AC is leaking badly. I had 2 other HVAC companies look at the unit and they were appalled at the poor installation.

Patrick's is using the condition of our house as an excuse not to honor the warranty or complete the job. All the interior work is complete, including new ceilings and insulation in the entire house. I have sent pictures and they have been invited to visit and see that the house is repaired from the Irma damage.They refused.

Did a great job replacing our roof and working with our insurance company.

I was very happy with this company. Brandon Lee was very professional. They did my roof quickly and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend JA Edwards.

They did a terrible job on my roof. I had constant leaking and damage inside because of it. Since I was not getting any satisfaction from them I tried to get another company to repair the problems. I had numerous roofers look at the job and NO ONE would or could repair it as the roof was not installed properly. All contractors said I needed a new roof. Had to put a complete new roof on.

JA Edwards was great, I hadve no idea about roofing or how it works with the insurances but JA Edwards was able to work with my insurance company to provide a roof based on a really horrible storm that damaged the roof - and providde excellent information almost day by day on the replacement, and got in/out very smoothly, they also used the top of the line products that the insurance company didnt initially approve. I would recommend using them in the future. Really great experience and great company.

John & his crew removed the of existing roof covering, repaired the roof , and install new shingle roof covering. They did the work quickly and we were very satisfied.

I hired Vreeland Roofing to fix the ceiling over my patio, it was leaking. The man who showed up was irritated because I asked him to give me a projected start and finish date in writing. I thought he was unprofessional but I hired him anyway because of the written 5 year no leak warranty on the proposal. Big Mistake! He did a very poor job that resulted in making the same problem worse. It was leaking in the same area he worked on worse than before. When I called them to come back and correct their mistake, they gave me the run around. Finally a lady I assume is their office manager, informed me that they were not going to honor the warranty because: (A) I did not pay them quickly enough. (B) My roof is old and must be leaking on other areas. (C) their work passed the County's inspection. I reminded her that I paid them with a certified check from Chase Bank the day after the final inspection. That passing and inspection is obviously no guarantee that they did a good job, it only guarantees that they did not violate the County's code, and indeed my roof is old but was not leaking in any other area other than the area they worked on. She said she would have someone call me back. That call never came. I feel that Vreeland Roofing ripped me off of $1,750 .

Seems like this company is a scam. Received a letter from JA Edwards Of America, Orlando Fl. They indicated that I had damage to my roof from hail from a storm on March 26, 2016. Well The letter arrived April 1, 2017. I was then approached by a worker stating that my roof needed to be replaced and that he will work with the Insurance Company so I would not have to pay my deductible which was $1000.00. According to a law in Florida this is considered a crime on the part of the roofer and the patron. Had an adjuster look my roof over and he stated that the roof does not need to be replaced. When the adjuster arrived the individual that looked my roof over did not point out what he considered damage to my roof. He, the roofer then contacted me at a latter time and said he had more education concerning roof repair and was more of a mature person now. To me they seem like a scamming business. I still have his letter and will save it because he constantly sends this to me and my neighbors. Anyone reading this should stay clear of JAEA, JA Edwards Of America, Inc.

We would not recommend JA edwards. They did a good job, but we were working through our insurance, and they tried to add a couple thousand dollars to the repair costs after giving us a firm price. If we had had more time to think things through, we would have gone with a different contractor, but we were going out of town and needed a roof.

I have used Kassel Appliance for many years for AC maintenance and appliance repairs and recently for a new AC system in my villa. I have always been very happy with the service I have gotten and the job they have done. They have consistently been there when they said they would be, done a good job and been contentious and courteous. I would recommend them.

First Quality Plumbing did a very good work and were on time. The thing is, I didn't choose them. I had Lowes do the install and its the company they use. I would use them if I needed a plumber on my own.

Patrick S Heating & Air Conditioning put our tankless water heater in and they did a good job and we have not had any problems with it .

I would recommend Solar Bear Services. They changed 2 units simultaneously. The job was done clean and neat in timely fashion. They took care of all permits. Costco provided cash bonus insentives so I think it was worth. It's been 2 years now. One unit electric board burnt down over the weekend and they came on Friday to diagnose and order overnight shipping to install new one on Saturday.

I am very satisfied with the storm shutters installed by Maximum Resistance. Mike Katsarakes, the owner, was very personable and professional.
I had accordian shutters installed on (2) sliders, (1) entry door and (5) windows. I am satisfied with the installation and the appearance of the shutters. Based on my recommendation, our neighbor had similar shutters installed by Maximum Resistance on Her home and I had identical shutters installed on a 2nd unit (176 Tramore) I also own. I would highly recommend Maximum Resistance for storm shutters.

L & W Innovations recarpeted my entire house and the experience was exceptional. It started in the showroom--knowledgeable staff, great selection and detailed explanations of my options. When it was time to install, the crew showed up bright and early and worked 12 hrs straight to get my 3000 sqft job completed in one day. And my house is completely furnished--they disassembled furniture, moved it all around without a scratch, and put it all back like it hadn't been touched. The crew was friendly, polite and clean, and the carpet looks fantastic!

DO NOT USE!!!!! I called to see if the leveled exisiting homes. He sent a subcontractor out to look at the job. Felicia and Ryan Marsh they seemed to know what they were doing so I hired them. After the job was completed I had a problem so I called both Mr. Jennings and the Marshs and after a month of phone calls Felicia and Ryan came back to look at my problem and said that they would be able to come back in 2 days to fix the sunken floor. But after repeated phone calls I have not heard a word. Mr. Jennings does not have anything to do with his subcontractors and would not even come out to look at what the problem was. He just stated that I would have to talk to the Marshs. Bad Business practices. DO NOT USE! as for a rating I give this business a minus 10
