iT HAS NOW BEEN 7 MONTHS SINCE I PAID FOR YOUR SERVICE. I HAVE RECEIDED ONLY HALF OF THE PROMISED REFUND. THE GAS COMPANY TOLD ME ONLY 4 SEASONS COULD SOLVE THE PROBLEMS, HOWEVER, THE 4 SEASON OFFICE WILL NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. I CALL THIS A SCAM OPERATION. ROGER FURNESS 2431 E. 900 S. My name is Irene and I was impressed with their service. I had no problem getting my rebate money. I did not even know it was available. The young man who knocked on my door was very helpful. Within 20 minutes he had all the necessary paperwork filled out in order for me to receive my utility rebate check of $1,350!!! I never even considered the fact that I could lower my heating and cooling bills. Especially using my federal tax dollars to pay for the service.
I had three Four Seasons technicians who performed an energy audit using equipment I had never seen before. They had a red door with a strong fan that decreased pressure in my home causing a draft for outside air to be drawn inside due to the pressure difference. The technician also used a very nice Thermal Imaging Camera. It was amazing. I could see hot air leaking through doors, windows, ceilings, canned lights, etc... Areas that I had no idea were leaking air.
Within 3 hours they sealed up the leaks and insulated my attic. They were extremely organized and clean!! However I was most excited when I first noticed the results. I'm at home most of the day and I can hear when my Central Air Conditioning System turns on. I would hear it turn on over 15 times a day, about every hour. Two days after the work was completed I was home all day. The AC system turned on 4 times that I noticed. I couldn't believe it. Then I compared my 2012 July electric bill to my 2013 July Bill. I saved $54!! That's when I actually realized what a good decision I had made. I recommend these guys to anyone. Very friendly staff that made me feel comfortable to be around. I'm a very happy customer.
