Fred Carr    

Fred has done various small jobs and repairs for me over the years. He's meticulous in every detail - even on those smaller jobs that are most times not worth someone's time. When something larger needs to happen, he will be my first call.

Fred Carr was able to take a half baked idea and design and build a wonderful house for us. We would highly recommend him for his efficiency, knowledge, and talent.

Fred did an extensive remodeling job on our house in Port O'Connor several years ago. When I say extensive, I mean it, from replacing a majority of the pilings holding the house up to adding structural supports and siding to the house and garage.

We were so impressed with the work he did -- he's very fussy -- that we imported him to Houston to oversee a remodeling project on our house there. Now I wouldn't want to do anything major without Fred. He demands quality work from his subs and gets it. I highly recommend him.

Fred Carr has done two large projects for me over the years. He is easy to work with, a true problem solver with a good eye for detail but who can also see the big picture. He is extremely trustworthy (especially important if you are leaving someone with your home). He keeps a sharp eye on costs and does excellent work.

Both jobs went smoothly and efficiently. One included structural corrections and other extensive renovations to my home in Houston, Texas.

Fred completed an extensive remodeling for me and the workmaship was first-rate all the way. His being an architect as well as contractor makes for an easy process to get exactly what you want.
