By TomJune 26, 2019I hired them to add a small addition on the back of the garage for a workshop. I only got a quote,$27,000
I chose GP Harris as an option for the builder to build a simple workshop on the back of my garage. I gave them my budget of 15k and they said we should be around 15k-20k. When they showed up with the final quote, it was 27k. They charge $300 up front to give you an initial quote and do the drawings. What they do not make very clear up front is that they won't provide the initial drawings until you sign the contract with them to do the work. If they are charging $300 to do drawings and give you a quote, the customer should receive all that information including drawings as part of that $300. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

The result was more incredible than I even anticipated. The enclosure looks as though it was part of the original build; not as an add on. The craftsmen were meticulous, skilled, professional; and they showed integrity and respect for my property.
