    These guys are fabulous and fast, they dis a replacement on our victorian building and it was fast, efficient and very quality oriented. We chose them because of their expertise working in San Francisco, they don't work anywhere else, communication is a breeze, Erast is very attentive and detail oriented professional. Great firm all around, pricey but worth it.

    Roof replacement

    Fantastic roofer. My family and I were moving back to San Francisco from abroad and discovered that our house had internal water damage from a leak. It was the rainiest winter in quite a while and we needed the roof replaced as quickly as possible to prevent further damage. Eco Smart was able to get an inspector out within a week, and then got us scheduled in a brief 2 day break in the rain to replace our roof. The job ended up being more complex than we initially thought due to some dry-rot in a light well, but the Eco Smart team walked me through what they saw and were able to handle most of the extra work without further cost. These guys went above and beyond my expectations. I'm very pleased with the result!

    Replace my roof

    Of the hundreds of contractors I've worked with over decades of home ownership, I can honestly (honestly) say I have not had a contractor who has stood by their work - and cared as much as I did about resolving a tricky issue - as EcoRoofer. Its not just the quality of their work; its not just their responsiveness; its not just their dedication to insuring my needs were met; it was all of that AND a commitment to going above and beyond on each job they did for me, doing more than what I had expected. To me, they are the gold standard for work quality and customer service that all other contractors should strive for. Can't say enough good things about the company and their work.

    Roof (two buildings); exterior wall replacement

    EcoSmart does very high-quality work. They replaced the roofs on my home and rental property and also repaired a weather-damaged exterior wall, which involved new siding, insulation, dry rot repair, and painting. The whole team communicated extremely well with me and with neighbors who had to be involved. And the outcome was excellent. I would recommend EcoSmart to anyone looking for detail-oriented, high-end work. They are extremely reliable, knowledgable, and professional.
