Reviews of Greenhome Specialties Inc

"Greenhome Specialties"

Greenhome does an excellent job. The salesman went out of his way to make sure we got our rebates and that we were happy with the job. We have since compared our bills from last year and noticed that they are quite a bit less. We had insulation blown in our attic up to an R60. I'm thinking about solar panels and I will definitely use them if I do.

They arrived in a "beater" car. They didn't even have a ladder and had to borrow mine (which they did without asking). After a few minutes of them in the attic I realized they were not doing the correct installation and they did not have enough materials to do the correct installation. And they also said additional work and cost was needed to...

I was a little skeptical of a contractor offering "Cash Incentives" and/or "Rebates." But when I was impressed of the professionalism of both the sales person and office staff, I decided to go ahead with it. Everything was taken care of for me 100% The only thing I had to do was write out the check and watch them do what they are good at. My...

These guys were amazing. Enough said. I got my rebates, incredible service, and was able to tell a positive difference the very next day. Great work!

Buyer beware. Stay away from Greehome Specialists. These jokers installed insulation in my attic and an inspector said I'm lucky my house didn't burn down, I've yet to recieve a return phone call from the company. They are very friendly and 'urgent' up-front pre-payment, but are unlikely to return a call afterward without a certified note from a...

I had my home insluated by your company. I can't get ahold of you by phone. the saleman figured the house square footage wrong. I got a letter from the gas rebate compamy in Feb. stating that the square footage was figured wrong and requested that your company send a new one for 1600 square footage. It was to be sent on your letterhead with...

About BuildZoom

BuildZoom has one simple purpose: To help you find the perfect contractor.

How we do this is more complicated. BuildZoom is a database of every licensed contractor in the United States. We work hard to figure out who the great contractors are, and who the bad contractors are.

BuildZoom combines license information on 3.5 million contractors with 75 million building permits, and over 80,000 reviews from homeowners and the Better Business Bureau.

If you are looking for a specific contractor and you can’t find them on BuildZoom, it’s likely that they do not have a license - please contact us and we’ll try to help!

Finding a Contractor through BuildZoom

The best way to use BuildZoom is to let us recommend contractors for your remodeling projects.

Homeowners who hire through BuildZoom's free bidding system report high rates of satisfaction, and homeowners who research contractors online are twice as likely to be happy at the end of their project.

If you hire a contractor through BuildZoom, that contractor is accountable to us. We can enforce standards of behavior, mediate disputes, and guarantee satisfaction.

Read more about why hiring through BuildZoom is so effective.

Why should I trust BuildZoom

We built this site to help people find great contractors, and to help people avoid bad contractors. We take this incredibly seriously, and we have a zero tolerance policy for contractors who don’t adhere to our standards.

1 million people use BuildZoom every month. Our business depends on their trust.

If a contractor does poor work, they will no longer receive leads from BuildZoom, and a negative review will be posted on their profile.
