Parker Hill promised to do Excavating work in exchange for an antique logging sled on my property. He begged me and foolishly I agreed. After 4 years he never did the work and when I was out of town he came thru a locked gate and stole my property in spite of his not fulfilling his agreement. He is not to be trusted. When he had done work in the past I felt the price excessive and I had to hire another excavating contractor to fix what he screwed up. I contacted him and in response he threatens me and texts me obscenities. He even had his daddy call to threaten me as well.
