I was also VERY impressed with their client communications. They kept me informed, they discussed possible issues BEFORE they began so we were all on the same page. They provided a written estimate and guarantee (which was impressive in and of itself!) that blew their competition out of the water with it's professionalism and attention to detail.

Their work was well done. They used top notch materials, and did careful work.

The fact that their job cost estimate was also the lowest of the bids I solicited only added to my positive impressions!

I can recommend Suttons work and professionalism with no reservations whatsoever.

We had a couple of roofing contractors come by our home and left door hangers telling us we needed to get an estimate on replacing our roof. We contacted them and explained we did not have any leaks, but they said that the black streaks on our roof were going to ruin our roof and its warranty. My Husband performed some searches on shingles and came across House Painting and Roof Cleaning by Sutton's blog about their method of roof cleaning. We scheduled an appointment and a very polite Southern man came by to evaluate our needs. After hearing the truth about how those black streaks are algae and would indeed ruin our roof, we asked him what our options were. He performed a demo on the spot and we hired his services. Now we have a streak free roof that is also bacteria free. They were very cordial and really kept the communication lines open and free. We also upgraded to include a house wash as well and now have the cleanest home on the block. They crew is 5 stars all the way in our book.
