Interiors by Eric James

Hello. My name is John Rotella and I purchased a condo at Beebe-Runyan last year. Basically, I had a blank canvas to work with and did not know where to start. After shopping around to get some ideas, I realized it was going to be tough to get everything put together right. Eric James was recommended to me by a friend to help pick out furniture and accessories.

I could not believe how he had a great visual of everything in the space he was designing. I had a bright red couch I had previously purchased and he had to design around it. He made it a great focal point in the room and I get compliments on it all the time. Not only did Eric help me design my space but he also helped organize the family history of photos into a great collage on the wall in front of the kitchen.

I would definitely work with Eric again and have recommended him to friends who have also been pleased.

Having recently relocated to Omaha, and downsizing from a large, 4,000+sf, new construction house built in suburban Kansas City to a pre-war, 2br loft apartment in the Old Market, I was faced with the challenge of design and decoration. Eric James was recommended to me by a top salesperson at Nebraska Furniture Mart.

Eric and I discussed what my general vision was, what items I would like to keep in the new place, and budget. Eric took it from there and incorporated his sense of style, colors, and design with what I was generally looking for as well as what the space offered.

I could not have been more pleased with the process, overall look, style, flow of colors, accessories, and functionality of what Eric created. Since then, I have recommended Eric to several friends for their residences, as well as to others for their decoration and design needs at their restaurants.
