JD custom pools DID NOT HONOR their written contract. They stated they would put drain tile in to help with the keeping the liner position and less repair issues would occur then. Upon returning home from being out of town, the tile was nowhere to be found and now MONTHLY and almost WEEKLY, I am dealing with severe issues as far as water behind the liner, wrinkles in the liner and poor service and warranty follow through. This contractor created the term "Taking It Up the A$$!" I am in so much debt and cannot believe this company is still in operation. BEWARE!!!!!
