We called 8 am. Thurs. march 3- 2016, our 18 year old furnace stopped working. Jim came at 8:30, at 11:30 the team arrived by 2:00 our new furnace was working. A very good experience, they were polite,thorough,cleaned everything up. The Ploetz family
