I have a Jiran service contract for many of my buildings. I am Building Facilities Maintenance Manager for many City of Middleton. Jiran has not only solved many of my roof issues, they have always immediately responded to emergency leaks in the worst weather. Their service, and response, is rare. I highly recommend them.

Jiran Contracting completed a multi-building roofing project for us that looks great and has perfomed perfectly. We have received many compliments on how nice the buildings now look with their new steel roofs. Frank Jiran was easy to work with and very responsive to our requests. We would not hesitate to work with his company again and can highly recommend them.
